Refund policy

Please request a refund at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for the service, which means you can cancel at any time before that period at no charge to you. However, if you require a cancellation within that window, please be advised that your service will be refunded at 80% of the original payment, and we will charge a 20% cancellation fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

If a service has been completed, the service will not be refunded.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
